Exercise is a key part of managing your energy. It is often helpful to think of the things you must do and the things you like to do if you have time and energy. It is also normal to experience some ups and downs in your energy level, pain, and mood during the day. Keep in mind that all activities use energy but some activities are less tiring and can renew your energy.

- Prioritise your daily routine with the most important tasks first,
- Plan out your day,
- Position yourself in a seated position and avoid awkward or tiring positions where possible,
- Pace yourself, and try to have a
